- Do I have to pick a server or a country?
- No. One button, and that is it — there is no server list in our app’s interface.
- Why is there no server list?
- Usually you need one to open a service from the right country — we do that routing inside and keep the routes up to date. If a service does not work for you, contact us and we will make it work.
- What happens after the three free days?
- Nothing, on its own. We never ask for a card and never store one, so there is nothing for us to charge. Want to continue — you pay separately, when you decide to.
- Why do you want my email?
- Only so you can sign in to the cabinet and get your access back if you lose the link. Telegram works instead of email — but it is better to register with email and link Telegram, so we can stay in touch.
- What do I do if something breaks?
- Message us on Telegram — the same bot your access comes from. From there it is our problem, not yours. Please share details when you can.
- And if I do not renew?
- Access simply stops working. Nothing gets charged and nothing disappears: paying is always a separate, deliberate act.
- How many devices?
- As many as you pick: 1, 3 or 7. You choose the device count when you subscribe, and it is part of the price. You can buy several packages if you need more devices.
- Is there a traffic limit?
- The free trial includes 10 GB. Paid subscriptions have no quota. If the load looks like abuse, we may contact you and temporarily suspend the subscription until we sort it out. Details are in the terms of service.
- How private is this?
- Sites see a Morzik address instead of yours, and everything going through the VPN travels as one encrypted stream — from outside you can tell neither where it leads nor what is inside. That is a serious layer of privacy. Total invisibility is a fairy tale, and we do not sell it.
- Is using this legal?
- Using a VPN is legal. Morzik exists so you can talk freely and read what matters to you. It does not repeal the law, though: what is not allowed without it is not allowed with it. On our side we do not store or share logs — and we ask you to use the service responsibly.
